My father recently passed away and being the only child, I was in charge of selling his house in Augusta. When we received an offer with an out of town lender, Mark cautioned me that this could be an issue later down the road. Mark’s prediction was correct. Two days before closing the lender failed. Rather than having to start over, Mark had alternate buyers with a backup offer ready and waiting. We were able to finalize and close the new offer in less than a week.
Since the entire transaction was taking place in Augusta, not having to worry about starting over and dealing with a house during the holidays was a relief. I honestly do not believe any other realtor could have dealt with this transaction as smoothly as Mark did. His knowledge of the business was a tremendous asset. He was able to handle any questions or issues that arose without any problems.
