When we first emailed Mark about possibly buying a house he was very honest with us. He answered every question and email in a timely manner and never left us hanging. When it came time for us to look at houses he was on time and provided all information on each house. Once we found our home, we followed all of his tips and instructions and everything was very smooth. We worked with the builder to get items fixed for us before we moved in as well.
