I really don’t know where to start with explaining how great of a realtor Mark was in my home buying experience. When I initially contacted Mark about purchasing a home his first words to me was “if you can just trust me and follow the directions that I give you, then I can get you in the home that you want.”
Mark immediately begin to tell me what the process would be like and what to expect. I always had the most current listings that was sent out. Mark is honest, thorough and straight to the point. Mark said that he would tell me things that he wished someone told him when he was buying his first home and immediately that pulled me in because I was a first time home buyer and I needed someone like Mark on my team.
Mark doesn’t just give you insight on the present, but gives you insight on the future of the home that you are considering and let you know upfront whether the home that you are considering is a good investment. Most people will not give you that insight because it’s not their money and they are not the person who is investing in the home. When I first saw the home that I was interested in and called Mark up on a Sunday evening he immediately contacted me back and started working right away.
Mark was very quick with getting back to me with the information I needed and getting things done on time. Mark made it very clear that he was working for me and that he would do everything he could to make this process smooth for me and he did just that. Mark said that he only used the best and that I can truly say he did. From the bank lender that Mark uses to the contractors that he use I had absolutely no bad experience with any of them. If he tells you to go with a certain person just trust him.
When it was time for my inspection Mark assured me that no client of his would go without having something fixed and he did just that. I can not think of one bad moment that I had in my home buying experience. I closed on the date that he said I would close and everything that has happening I was aware of. Every process is different, but if you just listen to Mark and trust him like he wants you to then I really don’t see where you could go wrong. If you are looking for honestly and loyalty from your realtor then Mark is the person to choose.
