My experience with Mark in both selling my home and buying of a new home was nothing short of fantastic and miraculous.
I am an extremely detail-oriented person and had been watching the area that I wanted to move to for over a year. I knew that I would need to sell my townhouse to move and that I wanted to move quickly because interest rates were excellent. When looking for an agent, I wanted to find someone responsive, that could help me throughout the process and hopefully leave me feeling happy about the transaction. So I did what any prepared buyer would do, I typed “Best Realtor in Evans, GA” into google. Much to my amusement, several links did pop up but then I went through them and read the reviews and decided to work with Mark based on other people’s experiences with him.
I was ready to move and Mark helped me to sell my house. My house was under contract in 9 days for a price that I felt was totally reasonable for the area. Mark worked tirelessly with the other agent to help make the process as smooth as possible. When the transaction fell through the day before closing, I was devastated! I had an offer in on another house that was dependent upon the sale of my home and was in a panic. Mark told me not to worry, he had another plan, and within 2 days, we had another offer set to close in 2 weeks, cash sale, and for slightly more than the original contract. I was absolutely in awe, not to mention overjoyed, at Mark’s expertise and planning skills.
In the meantime, we had found the perfect house for me. It was in the perfect area and the perfect size and priced even better than the other houses we’d been looking at. With Mark’s assistance, I submitted an offer that both the seller and I were very happy with and thanks to his excellent work with the sale of my prior home, we were ready to go!
As a person who truly dislikes drama and likes to know where I stand at all times, I can honestly say that Mark Mulich was one of the best choices I have ever made. More than once I was entirely fed up with the process and wanted to throw in the towel. Mark helped to not only get me through those times but to feel very pleased with both the process and the outcome. He is responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, intelligent, professional and highly skilled at what he does. I highly respect both him and his team for the experience that I had in both selling and buying a house.
Looking around my lovely house now, I am truly grateful for all the assistance that Mark provided me and I highly recommend him as a Realtor.
