We contacted Mark because we had heard his name come up from a few families that we knew in the area. After speaking with him for the first time, we knew we wanted to do business with him. He treated us like human beings instead of a quick payday.

We had known we would be moving to the Augusta area for a few months and had been scouring the real estate websites, taking note of several homes that sparked our interest. Mark took our search one step further and generated an automatic search for us based on the parameters we laid out. We would receive new messages every day of potential homes that could suit our needs and wants. With our busy lives, this saved us a tremendous amount of time and energy. Whenever a home popped up that we liked, we could then take that listing to Mark, who would dissect it and scour it with a fine-toothed comb, ensuring that all of the details of the house were as advertised. On several occasions, Mark turned us away from some seemingly perfect homes due to quality or misrepresentation issues. He has been in the business for quite a while and can spot listing tricks that we would have otherwise been oblivious to. He shopped for us as if he were spending his own money. He could have easily sold us on a more expensive home, earning himself a higher commission in the process. However, reputation, honesty and integrity seem to matter more to him than a couple bucks. We appreciate that.

In the end, we found a home that suits our family perfectly, under essentially every term we asked for. If you choose to work with Mark, you will be getting an absolute professional who will handle every detail of your home purchase with meticulous attention and diligence. Buying a home is stressful. Mark guided us through the entire process and took on most of our stress and owned it as his. I can’t imagine using anyone else in the Augusta area. If the time comes to sell our home or buy another, our decision is already made.
