First, he came highly recommended from friends that utilized him during a previous home buy. I contacted him prior to my move and within 2 hours we outlined a plan based on location, amenities, size, travel distances, and budget. He was able to provide expectations and recommendations.

I found a move-in-ready location quickly, negotiate for all major appliances, and get over my fear with such a large financial commitment with Mark’s help.
We closed on the house in less than 30 days taking into consideration my hectic work schedule that had me going out of town during the original closing date. Typically, the closing day is set in stone, but Mark made it happen expediting the legal process, sellers moving schedule, and financial process. He has this ability because he works with the best. His team worked tirelessly to answers questions and provided timelines that I needed to accomplish.
