Where to begin! We were first time home buyers and had absolutely no clue as to the all processes and involvement that goes into home-buying. We previously had rented a house blindly as we were out of country, needless to say we did not want to make that same mistake again. We found Mark through a mutual friend who had previously worked with Mark on 2 different occasions in his home buying journey and just raved about him. So we called him up!
Mark invited us over and was very warm and inclusive. We went through step-by-step instructions that were involved. There were so many steps that we quickly realized we had made the right choice of contacting Mark for his help and guidance in our journey. During the whole process from start to finish, Mark was super responsive in answering any questions that would arise no matter how silly they might have seemed. There was NEVER a time where he did not reach out quickly to help us with any problems that we had.
We were on a relatively tight schedule to find a house and we were able to start looking and viewing super quickly. Once we found homes that we were interested in we sent in a list of them and Mark would let us know whether he thought the house was a good idea or if any of the houses should not be considered due to previous issues with either the builders or any other issues with the house. When we finally found “the one” he jumped right on it and was able to get the offer closed almost immediately.
Overall our experience with Mark was amazing because of how much he kept us in the loop on everything he was doing to help us get our house, not to mention his drive to get us the house we wanted. Our experience with Mark was very personable which for myself is super important. Mark also gave some wonderful house warming gifts which topped the entire experience off with excellence! We will definitely be calling up Mark again.
