I really don’t know where to begin. I cant put into words the service that Mark provided to me. He truly made my home buying experience stress free, From the beginning to the end Mark was there, Even after closing Mark follow up to make sure everything was taken care of as promised. He is very loyal and dedicated to making sure your needs are met, His integrity is beyond reproach, He is not just an average broker or someone who is looking for a quick sale. Mark took the time and went above and beyond what was expected of him by teaching and guiding me through the entire process. He will work around your schedule no matter what day of the week to include Sundays. Once I told Mark what I was looking for he immediately set up a search engine for me and provided me with a list of available properties that met my requirements. Mark will schedule an appointment and meet you to look at any house that you may be interested in whenever you are ready, There was one house that I was really interested in, but could not look at it due to me being out of town, I was afraid that I would loose a chance of getting to see it because as soon as these houses hit the market, they didn’t last long at all, especially since it was a shortage of houses on the market at the time. Mark knew exactly what I was looking for so he went to look at it for me and sent me a video, When Mark show you a house he will point out certain things that you will probably never think of and educate you on the negatives and positives of each house so that you can make a valuable decision on whether you want it or not. He do not pressure you into buying, but rather make sure it is the one that you want. If Mark say he will, trust it, if he tell you something, believe it. Mark is very honest. Mark will set up a home inspection for you if you wish and provide you with a list of trusted contacts that you will need from the best local lenders to grass cutting to your local phone, TV, electrical, water services etc. He will also work all of the deals for you such as closing cost, upgrades, incentives etc . I could write a two page report on how much Mark did for me and what he will do for you if I thought people would read it, but I know everyone want the bottom line up front and I hope I have giving it to you.
