We contacted Mark because we had heard his name come up from a few families that we knew in the area. After speaking with him for the first time, we knew we wanted to do business with him. He treated us like human beings instead of a quick payday.
We had known we would be moving to the Augusta area for a few months and had been scouring the real estate websites, taking note of several homes that sparked our interest. He could have easily sold us on a more expensive home, earning himself a higher commission in the process. However, reputation, honesty and integrity seem to matter more to him than a couple bucks. We appreciate that.
In the end, we found a home that suits our family perfectly, under essentially every term we asked for. Mark guided us through the entire process and took on most of our stress and owned it as his. I can’t imagine using anyone else in the Augusta area. If the time comes to sell our home or buy another, our decision is already made.
